Here are some basic guidelines for requesting to become an official faction with your own board:
Have 50,000,000 credits ready to make your faction official.
The name of your faction and it's tag.
What ID/IFF your faction will use.
Some history/background information about the roleplay history and background behind your faction. This should be at least a couple of well-sized paragraphs.
What your faction's diplomacy will be towards other factions. Doesn't have to be a full coverage, just a basic idea of where you are and who your friends and enemies are. More detail is always great, too.
